Can I check to see if an item is available?

Before placing an order, it’s best to contact us first so we can check to make sure the items you’re interested in ordering are in stock and ready to ship. You can call us at (678) 398-9838 or e-mail us at info@misquinceboutique.net. Please make sure to provide us with the item number, size, and color, and we will let you know within one business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All made-to-order dresses (that are in stock) typically deliver within 2-6 weeks. A 3-6 months delivery is typical for dresses that are not in stock, but make sure to contact us for an estimated arrival time for your particular order.

What are your return and exchange policies?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on made-to-order dresses—including ALL Quinceañera dresses.

How do I know what dress size to order?

When ordering a dress online, it helps to know your body measurements. For easy measuring, there is a size chart included on every Designer's page, specific for that designer. As each designer’s dresses vary, make sure to use the correct size chart for the gown you wish to order. You can also reference our Measuring Guide too.

​What type of payments are accepted?

We accept credit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal. If you’re paying in-store, we also accept cash. Personal checks are not accepted for final payments.

Can I pay for my dress in multiple payments?

Of course—we offer flexible payment plans! We can work with you to determine your monthly payments. Just let us know at the time of purchase so we can accommodate your individual needs.

Additional Information:

  • Your 50% first deposit is non-refundable once you've been notified that your item(s) have been ordered via email.

  • We will only hold your items for up to two months.

  • To make payments, you can pay over the phone, or we can send you a secure invoice to your email address.
